We are seeking an experienced clinician with strong interpersonal
and organizational skills who demonstrates the ability to think and plan
The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical supervision of
all child and family services in The Villages’ Northwest Region including
Lake, Porter and surrounding counties. This position serves as one of the
overall program leaders for regional services and teams with the Regional
Director in developing skills and knowledge of each staff member supervised.
Responsibilities include clinical supervision of case managers, development of
therapeutic foster families and provision of some individual and group therapy.
The position requires a Master's degree in a human services field.
The candidate must either be eligible for an associate licensure or currently
hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed
Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
and have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in social work, counseling,
marriage and family therapy, or a related field. Practicum and intern/extern
experience will be counted. Some regional travel is required.
